The term "concierge" evolved from the French Comte Des Cierges, The Keeper of the Candles, who tended to visiting nobles in castles of the medieval era. In present day the term applies to upscale hotels in which the concierge is often expected to "achieve the impossible" by dealing with any request a guest may have and relying on an extensive list of contacts with local merchants and service providers. This concept aligns with my guiding principles of catering to my client’s every need and our customized, stress-free approach to helping with the selling or purchasing of a new home in the Ann Arbor area.
My focus is to serve busy medical professionals that are relocating to Ann Arbor, doing a local move-up or who are relocating from the area. I have learned through my years of experience, assisting many relocating physicians and professionals, that the demands of your career can often get in the way of finding the time to devote to searching for the perfect home to purchase. Purchase a home
Purchasing a home is one of life's largest financial expenditures. And one that you definitely want to go off without a hitch. A typical home purchase transaction has literally 100's, if not 1000's of details to manage. If one detail is mismanaged-then the sale could be in serious jeopardy.

A number of my local clients have a home or condo to sell before they can purchase their new home. If that's your case, I will create a customized online and offline marketing plan for you, which will expose your property to the buyers most likely to be interested in your home. I will also make sure your home is positioned correctly, in relation to the current real estate market. By proper positioning, your property will sell quickly and for the most money possible.
New construction
We offer the complete solution for anyone looking to purchase or build a new home. We have been fortunate to work with many great clients who have decided to go pursue their dream of a owning a new home.
Having resided in the Ann Arbor area for 25+ years, I can refer you to the best builders and best new home communities in the area. Also, as a Licensed Builder myself, with years of construction and home-building experience, I can help you navigate the sometimes complicated new construction process.
Leases
Sometimes purchasing a home is just not feasible. You may be staying in the area for only a year or two, and are not ready to commit to owning a property. If that's the case, then leasing will be a logical option for you. We can assist you in securing a suitable home or condo.

The purchase or sale of a home is all about the negotiations that go on between all the involved parties (i.e. Sellers-Buyers-Realtors). Almost every facet of a purchase or sale, is based on negotiations.
From the sale price of the home of course, to many other equally important deal points. Such as: Possession dates, Closing dates, Repair issues, etc,. My primary job as your Real Estate Professional, is to negotiate with your best interests in mind at all times. As a Certified Negotiation Expert, you can rest assured that whether I am representing you as a Seller or a Purchaser, your bottom-line will be well protected.
Doctors Only Loan Info
Most of my clients are financing a major portion of the purchase price of the home they are buying-which will require obtaining a mortgage. Having the right Lender on your team can make all the difference, as to whether your home purchase experience is a great one-or a nightmare.
In my years of working with dozens of Lenders and Banks, I can, with great confidence, refer you to a select group of Lenders, that are capable of adroitly handling the sometimes unique mortgage needs of a Physician buyer. Most of the Lenders I can refer you to have special 'Doctor Only' Programs, that make your purchase of a home much more streamlined and hassle-free.
Purchase a Vacation Home
I now offer assistance to our clients who are looking to purchase a vacation home in some of Michigan’s most beautiful lake and resort areas. The areas that I can provide assistance to you are: Saugatuck, Holland, South Haven, Grand Haven and New Buffalo-located on the West and Southwest coast of Michigan. The North/Northwest resorts area I can assist you with would include: Petoskey, Torch Lake, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, Traverse City, Leelanau, Boyne City and Walloon Lake.
